Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a lively, positive attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring each guest’s preferences are met with enthusiasm
- Prepare and serve fresh Greek-inspired dishes and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces to ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory to keep operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quick, efficient service during busy hours
- Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation practices at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant — we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a lively environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
