The primary focus of Next Steps Community Services Adult programs is in fostering the clients’ ability to become autonomous, competent, and connected with others across all areas of their functioning.
Openings:
- Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Residential DSP Awake Overnight
Openings in: Conway, Madison & Tamworth, New Hampshire
Schedule: Evenings & Weekends
Starting Pay: $18-$20/Hr, Excellent Benefits
Education Required: High School Diploma & Valid Driver's License
Work Environment: Group Home for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Ongoing Training: No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and compensate you for your time. From First Aid and CPR to specialized programs like MOAB and Medication Administration, we'll equip you with the skills you need to succeed. Plus, enjoy the satisfaction of being part of a team that values your growth, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the US - and ready to embark on a rewarding journey of compassion and empowerment!
