Compensation
Base pay plus commission
- Guaranteed base pay

Role Overview
As an Outside Solar Canvasser, you will generate new business by engaging directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
This is a door-to-door, outdoor sales role that rewards hustle, consistency, confidence, and strong communication skills. If you are motivated by high income potential and enjoy working independently, this can be an extremely rewarding opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate solar leads
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
- Set qualified appointments for solar consultations
- Represent Next Step Solar professionally in the field
- Track daily activity and performance goals
Requirements
- Coachable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
- Willing to work weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Own transportation is required
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn at a high level
Preferred:
- 1 year of sales experience
