Role Description
This is a full-time Institutional Sales role based on-site in New York, NY. The candidate will oversee the development and management of relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other private market participants. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and developing new opportunities, maintaining and expanding client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing tailored presentations and proposals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring successful execution of transactions while providing clients with best-in-class service.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in instituional equity sales, capital markets or fundraising within the financial or alternative investments industry
- Proven track record of closing; generating $1mln in commissions per year

- String relationships with buyside firms like hedge funds, mutual funds and leading insututiond
- Strong background in the capital markets broadly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver polished presentations
- Understanding of private markets, venture capital, private equity, or related fields
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation a
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
