Next Play Nation is hiring security guards for the Next Play Nation Basketball League. This is a part time weekend role focused on keeping our players, fans and staff safe while maintaining a professional game day environment.
What You Will Do
- Monitor entrances and control access to the gym
- Provide a visible security presence during games
- Maintain a calm and safe environment for players and spectators
- Respond to situations as needed and de-escalate professionally
- Support league staff with crowd flow and facility rules
- Assist with setup or breakdown when requested
Schedule
- Weekends only
- Shifts will align with our league games and events
- Consistent seasonal work
Pay
- $18 per hour

- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working around fast paced sports environments
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Security or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required
