Requirements
- Proven experience in either siding, framing carpentry, or trim carpentry.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation is desirable, but not required.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and industry standards.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly.
