Responsibilities
- Greet all guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage seating, waitlists, and reservations efficiently
- Accurately take orders using the POS system
- Handle payments and cash transactions correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house area
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Assist in keeping service running smoothly during busy periods
- Support servers and team members as needed (running food, helping clear tables, staying active during downtime)
- Address guest concerns quickly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
