Role Overview
The Preconstruction Coordinator Assistant will work under our preconstruction coordinator, getting bids, applying for permits, verifying scope of work, working with spreadsheets, and similar duties. This position will execute key parts of the preconstruction process with speed and accuracy including delivering clean, review-ready work that keeps projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain estimates (Google Sheets)
- Request, track, and organize subcontractor bids
- Draft or Verify scopes of work
- Prepare and submit permits
- Keep project data organized and up to date
