Responsibilities
- Manage low voltage, structured cabling, and data center projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, manage change orders, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Review blueprints, network diagrams, drawings, and construction documents to ensure accurate project execution
- Oversee structured cabling installations, including copper and fiber optic infrastructure (single-mode and multi-mode)
- Support estimating, budgeting, procurement, and resource planning efforts as needed
- Lead, mentor, and support field technicians while ensuring project goals and deadlines are achieved
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, customer requirements, and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in low voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, or data center environments
- Proven experience managing commercial construction, structured cabling, or mission-critical data center projects
- Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic cabling systems, including installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, network diagrams, rack elevations, and construction documentation
- Experience utilizing project management software, reporting tools, budgeting systems, and scheduling platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- BICSI, OSHA, PMP, or related industry certifications are highly preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
