We are looking for a skilled Payroll Professional to join our team at Next Level Strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our clients, utilizing your expertise across multiple payroll platforms.
You will also be expected to manage employee timekeeping records with precision and maintain advanced proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation, reporting, and processing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Payroll position and be able to prioritize workload, communicate effectively, and move with intention.
We require someone who is comfortable with California wage and hour compliance and has experience with software platforms such as Paychex, Paylocity, Gusto, Rippling (with emphasis on Paylocity and Rippling).
