The Customer Success Representative role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position is primarily computer and phone based, focused on supporting existing customers and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats
- Monitoring, responding to, and entering orders from the company email inbox
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting customers with product questions and account support
- Recommending appropriate products based on customer needs
- Routing requests to the appropriate internal departments
- Navigating multiple systems and documenting customer accounts thoroughly and accurately
- Supporting retention and long-term customer satisfaction through proactive service
Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
