Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging sports and recreational activities tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Supervise children during activities ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Manage behavior and promote teamwork through effective behavior management strategie.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and participation
- Maintain equipment, activity areas, and safety standards to provide a secure environment for all participants
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children is preferred
- High energy and excitment to come to work
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children ages 5-11, parents, and team members.
- Ability to lead groups of kids confidently while managing behavior positively and constructively
- Enthusiasm for working with kids with a focus on safety, fun, and skill development

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 15.0 per week
