What to expect:
- Initial training period that consists of being a basic helper on a lifting crew
- Check-off for safety and basic procedures such as drilling holes and mixing material (includes pay increase)
- Job locations vary. Common locations include houses, parks, schools, streets, shopping centers, warehouses, stores, factories, apartments, housing additions, marinas, etc.
- Times per location vary between 1 hour to 2 weeks per location (approximate)
- Vehicle and trailer driving course followed by check-off for driving (includes pay increase)
- Technical operations training in slab-jacking, grinding, flush-cutting, bollard and sign installations, mechanics, structural pier installation, etc. (each service includes designated pay increase)
Pre-qualifications include:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Legal US citizen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good communication skills
- Coachable and good at taking direction
- Self-discipline
- Ability to drive a non-CDL truck with trailer or willingness to learn to
- Willingness to learn, and train others as you grow
- Unrestricted lifting ability
- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl when needed
- Professionalism
- Work organization
- Attention to detail
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
