Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Canton, IL. The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations within a senior living environment, ensuring residents receive high-quality care while promoting efficient use of resources. Responsibilities will include implementing and overseeing operational processes, managing long-term care services, budgeting, and fostering a sense of community within the facility. Collaboration with staff and residents will be key to promoting a positive and service-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Independent Living and Senior Living Communities
- Strong skills in Communication and relationship-building
- Census growth mindset and experience
- Familiarity with Long-term Care practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight within a senior living or comparable setting
- Leadership and team-management abilities
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Management, or a related field is preferred
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
