What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Sourcer position at Next Level Senior Advisors?
ABOUT NEXT LEVEL SENIOR ADVISORS
Next Level Senior Advisors is a rapidly growing, mission-driven senior living referral and placement agency headquartered in Oklahoma City, with 12 advisors across 7 states. We help families confidently navigate Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and home-based care with expert guidance, clarity, and personalized support — all at no cost to the families we serve. We are expanding nationally and building a robust network of elite Independent Contractor Advisors across the U.S. This role is the engine that keeps that pipeline full — finding and engaging the right people so our recruiting team can focus on conversion.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, motivated Part-Time Recruiting Sourcer to identify and engage prospective Independent Advisors across our priority target markets. This is a sourcing-focused role — not full-cycle recruiting. You will focus your sourcing efforts in Indeed, LinkedIn, industry groups and networks, and outbound channels — finding the right talent, making first contact, and building rapport and interest before handing them off to our leadership team for further engagement. You will strive to identify Senior Living Advisor leads with backgrounds in senior living sales, community engagement, and marketing, or medical sales, case management, home health, hospice, pharmaceutical sales, nursing, care navigation, financial services (senior focus), and real estate—with a high preference for candidates with industry, consultative sales, and/or geriatrics experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source qualified candidates in preselected target markets defined by leadership, using LinkedIn, Indeed, industry groups, and other channels.
- Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn InMail, email, and phone — personalized, on-brand, and high-volume.
- Post jobs in selected markets and review and select candidates/resumes for leadership review.
- Conduct brief intro conversations to confirm basic fit (background, motivation, geography) before handing candidates to the recruiting team.
- Drive qualified candidates to the recruiting webinar as a key next step in the funnel — track registrations, send reminders, and follow up with attendees.
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline with detailed notes, status tracking, and consistent follow-up cadences.
- Hit weekly sourcing targets for outreach volume, response rates, and qualified hand-offs.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine target profiles, messaging, and market focus over time
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of recruiting experience (sourcing, recruiting coordination, agency, or sales development).
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills (or eagerness to learn quickly); Familiarity and experience with LinkedIn, Indeed or other similar ATS platforms.
- Excellent written communication — you can craft a message that gets the recipient's attention, and that is opened and replied to.
- Experience or interest in using AI to assist in crafting and refining communications and assisting you with outreach and sourcing plans.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with established processes and expectations.
- Self-starter who can hit daily and weekly activity targets without close supervision.
- Bonus: prior exposure to senior living, healthcare, or commission-based sales environments.
