NLR is expanding quickly, and we’re building a team of recruiters and business developers to take us to the next level. The ideal candidate is someone who will hit the ground running placing candidates at our current clients as well as having the knowledge and desire to build a book of business of their own clients using Next Level Recruiting’s resources and tools.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Find and place as many candidates as possible for our clients.
- Build a book of business of your own clients using NLR resources and tools.
- Expand/Build a specific team and/or department
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to find and place high-level, a-level, candidates along with all the stages of recruiting that come along with it.
- Proven ability to find and cultivate clients.
