Responsibilities
- Engage in real estate sales activities, including prospecting, listing, and closing residential properties.
- Negotiate offers effectively to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Manage all aspects of residential real estate transactions from initial consultation through closing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide clients with expert guidance on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property features.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions that meet their goals.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using provided tools such as a personal CRM.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and industry updates to stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes.
- Utilize provided resources including a professional website, Dotloop account, and dedicated office space to enhance productivity and client engagement.
- Work closely with leadership and support staff to ensure smooth transaction processes and continued professional development.
Experience
- Valid state license as a Realtor/Real Estate Agent.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly within residential markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate tools such as CRM systems, transaction management platforms like Dotloop, and online marketing resources is preferred.
