Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, located in Biloxi, MS. The responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and providing exceptional customer service, and conducting market analysis to determine property values. Agents will also be tasked with negotiating offers, marketing properties, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations. Collaboration with team members and maintaining professional client relationships are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate transactions, including buying and selling
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in Sales and handling Real Property assets
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in real estate is a plus
