Position: Armed Security Officer
Next Level Protection LLC is urgently hiring Armed Security Officers for the overnight shift at a high-visibility restaurant security assignment in Charlotte, NC.
This opening is specifically for the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM overnight shift. Applicants must have consistent overnight availability.
What We're Looking For
This is a customer-facing security assignment. We are looking for officers who are dependable, alert, professional, and comfortable maintaining a strong security presence in a busy restaurant environment.
Officers must report to work clean, well-groomed, professionally presented, and in the complete assigned uniform.Professional hygiene, appearance, communication, and conduct are expected throughout every shift.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional armed security presence
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and designated areas
- Conduct routine patrols
- Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns
- Assist with crowd management and access control
- Professionally de-escalate situations when appropriate
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Complete required daily activity and incident reports
- Follow all NLP policies, post orders, and site procedures
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally eligible and properly credentialed to perform armed private security work in North Carolina
- Must meet all applicable firearm/armed-security training and registration requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to remain alert and attentive throughout an overnight shift
- Must successfully complete NLP screening and onboarding requirements
- Prior security experience preferred
- Consistent 10:00 PM–6:00 AM availability required
Pay: $18.00–$22.50/hour, based on qualifications, experience, credentials, and assignment requirements.
