- Position Overview We are seeking an IT Operations & Systems Coordinator to support and manage the internal software systems that power our growing portfolio of businesses. This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day system operations run cleanly, efficiently, and consistently across multiple companies. This is not a software engineering or coding role. Instead, this position focuses on system execution, user management, documentation, bug tracking, and operational reliability. Description
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
1) Software & Systems Management
- Set up and configure software platforms for new businesses
- Manage user access, permissions, and security standards
- Maintain system documentation, access logs, and organizational standards
- Ensure internal tools are structured, clean, and consistently maintained
2) Bug Tracking & Issue Management
- Track, document, and prioritize system issues
- Coordinate fixes with internal teams or external vendors
- Validate resolutions and maintain detailed issue logs
3) Operational Execution
- Execute repeatable IT and systems workflows with precision
- Maintain operational systems (CRMs, proposals, internal tools, workflows)
- Identify small efficiency improvements to reduce friction
4) Internal Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal system-related requests
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure team members have proper access, tools, and system readiness
What We’re Looking For
1) Required
- Experience working with business software platforms
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable following SOPs and repeatable workflows
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing details
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical teams
2) Nice to Have
- Startup or multi-business experience
- Familiarity with ticketing or bug tracking systems
- Basic understanding of business or sales workflows
This Role Is Not
- A coding or software engineering position
- A call-center help desk role
- A strategic IT leadership role
