Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Pasco, WA. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to company leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing meeting agendas and materials. Daily responsibilities include handling email and communication on behalf of executives, drafting and editing documents and presentations, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems. The role also involves processing and tracking expense reports, coordinating events and internal meetings, and supporting special projects that help streamline operations. The Executive Assistant will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and professional representation of Next Level Pros at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and file organization.
- Proven Executive Support experience, with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and basic financial tracking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, project management and communication platforms).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to supporting leadership.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Preferred: Previous experience supporting executives in a growth-oriented or entrepreneurial organization.
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
