About the Role
Next Level Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Account Manager to join our team in Temecula, CA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our managed properties. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable balancing administrative work with in-person property visits.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with tenants and vendors. Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and responsive manner. Draft and prepare lease contracts and related documentation. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting property condition thoroughly. Show available properties to prospective tenants. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all managed properties, tenants, and communications. Perform general office administrative duties as needed to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
Strong office administration skills, including proficiency with recordkeeping and general business software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously. Reliable transportation for property visits and inspections.
Preferred Qualifications
Active real estate license.
Compensation & Benefits
$30.00 per hour. Paid gas reimbursement for travel time related to property visits.
