Now Hiring: Experienced Powersports & Marine Service Manager
Next Level Powersports & Marine is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and help take our operation to the next level.
We are seeking a proven powersports or marine service professional with strong leadership, technical knowledge, customer-service skills, and a track record of successfully managing a service department.
Powersports and/or marine service management experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our service department
- Manage service technicians, workflow, scheduling, and repair priorities
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality of work
- Perform service write-up, repair-order, and workflow oversight
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, estimates, timelines, and recommendations
- Work closely with the parts and sales departments to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Help diagnose and resolve technical and customer-service issues
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and service quality
- Ensure manufacturer warranty and service procedures are followed
- Help develop, train, and hold service personnel accountable
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional service environment
- Drive department profitability while maintaining excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience as a Powersports Service Manager, Marine Service Manager, Service Director, Shop Foreman, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of powersports and/or marine service operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technicians
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to doing quality work
- Ability to hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive, productive work environment
Manufacturer Certifications — Strongly Preferred
We are especially interested in candidates with current or previous factory/manufacturer certifications or significant experience working with brands such as:
- Can-Am
- Kawasaki
- Suzuki
- Sea-Doo
- Mercury Marine
- Other major powersports or marine manufacturer certifications
Factory-certified technicians with proven service-management experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
