Job Summary

Next Level Pool Cleaning is a growing, customer-focused pool service company dedicated to delivering top-quality pool cleaning, maintenance, and supplies to residential clients. We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our small, tight-knit team. This part-time role is office-based and plays a key role in supporting our field technicians, managing customer interactions, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is an engaged team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our success—with strong potential for increased hours and full-time opportunity as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, text, and in-person visits—answering questions about services, scheduling, pricing, and pool maintenance concerns with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Schedule and coordinate pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair appointments while optimizing technician routes and availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including data entry, updating customer records, preparing service invoices/statements, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Assist with inventory management: track chemical supplies, equipment parts, and cleaning materials; place orders as needed; perform periodic stock checks; and help organize the office/storage area.
  • Support the team by communicating daily schedules, service updates, and any special customer notes to field technicians.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating closely with technicians and management.
  • Occasionally assist with light office duties such as greeting visitors, processing payments, or preparing marketing materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a related role (pool industry experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person).
  • Strong office skills, including proficiency with computers, email, scheduling software (or willingness to learn quickly), and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Solid inventory management or organizational skills—comfortable tracking stock levels and maintaining an orderly workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be friendly, patient, and professional when dealing with customers and team members.
  • Be an engaged team player—someone who takes initiative, supports colleagues, and contributes positively to a small-team dynamic.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for part-time hours (e.g., 20–30 hours/week, with flexible scheduling to be discussed).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with pool service, maintenance, or basic pool chemistry (training provided if needed).
  • Experience using scheduling/CRM software or point-of-sale systems.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
  • Flexible part-time schedule with opportunity to grow into full-time role.
  • Supportive, family-oriented team environment.
  • On-the-job training in pool industry specifics.
  • Potential for performance-based increases and expanded responsibilities.
