Duties
- Perform drain cleaning, inspection, and repair using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and power tools
- Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites, adhering to all local traffic laws and safety protocols
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately diagnose plumbing issues
- Conduct maintenance on water systems, including residential and commercial plumbing setups, ensuring optimal functionality
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs and installations efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during service visits
- Assist with remodeling, assembly, or handyman tasks related to plumbing or construction projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems or related trades
- Knowledge of construction plumbing, residential plumbing, commercial plumbing, and water systems
- Experience with drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing inspection cameras
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret local building codes for compliance
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and company vehicles safely
- Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications
- Prior construction site experience or handyman background is highly desirable
