- Inspect and diagnose drainage system blockages or failures using schematics, pipe threading, and mechanical knowledge
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to clear clogs, repair pipes, or replace damaged components
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately identify problem areas and plan repair strategies
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor on construction sites or remodeling projects as needed
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions for each job
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites or during maintenance tasks
- Proven experience in construction, plumbing, or related trades with familiarity in construction site environments
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems and general plumbing principles
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site access or material transport roles
- Handyman experience, carpentry skills, or remodeling background is a plus
- Strong safety awareness with adherence to industry standards and protocols
