Next Level Physical Therapy is opening its first Ohio location in Hilliard, and we're looking for a passionate, motivated Physical Therapist to lead the clinic.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just another clinical position.

In addition to a competitive base salary, we're offering a profit-sharing opportunity that allows our Clinic Director to participate in the financial success of the location.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy care
• Lead, mentor, and support the clinic's physical therapy team
• Help establish a positive and collaborative team culture
• Oversee clinical quality, patient experience, and day-to-day clinical operations
• Work closely with ownership on clinic development and growth
• Build relationships within the local community
• Help establish the foundation for Next Level's long-term success in Ohio

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio, or eligible for Ohio licensure
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent qualifying PT education
• Ideally 3 years of outpatient orthopedic or sports physical therapy experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
• Someone who takes initiative, enjoys developing others, and is excited about helping grow a clinic
• A genuine passion for clinical excellence and developing other therapists

You don't need to have been a Clinic Director before.
