What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Technician position at Next Level Pest Services?
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and able to work independently while representing our company in the field. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect homes and commercial properties for signs of pests, damage, and entry points
- Apply pest control treatments safely and according to state and company guidelines
- Install and service bait stations, traps, and monitoring devices
- Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Operate company vehicle, equipment, and materials responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance treatments (interior and exterior)
- Assist with termite inspections and treatments (training provided)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
