You are exactly what we want as one of the faces of our dental practice and pillar of strength inside our team! We are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated dental assistant who is passionate about helping the community. This is a part time position, Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00am-4:30pm, and Fridays 9:00am-3:00pm with potential to grow to full time as the practice grows.
Nestled in the newly renovated Talleyrand Office Park on 200 White Plains Road, this beautiful office is conveniently located near I-287 and just 2 miles from the Tarrytown metro north train station.
As a member of our team, there will be great training and opportunities for continuing education. We will constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are always welcome, and encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care.
Required: Applicants should have a MINIMUM of 2 years of dental assisting experience in PEDIATRIC dentistry , as well as x-ray certification and maintain CPR certification. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in ANY area of the practice when necessary, and willing to learn new procedures and innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of Dexis and Open Dental is a plus, but not required. Bilingual Spanish/ English is another plus!
