Position Overview

The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Portfolio Manager and helping execute initiatives across multiple home service businesses. You’ll coordinate projects, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure that plans turn into results.

  • Track project performance and prepare regular updates and status reports for leadership.
  • Support onboarding and integration activities for newly acquired or partnered businesses.
  • Assist in establishing systems and processes that improve operational efficiency, clarity, and communication across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or project management.
  • Experience in home services, construction, trades, or related industries is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with leadership and external partners.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and known for following through to completion.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
