Job Summary

Duties
- Lead or assist with lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance to keep properties pristine and healthy
- Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Perform plant care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety
- Conduct snow removal operations during winter months to keep driveways, parking lots, and walkways clear and safe for clients
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work sites in a clean, safe, and organized manner
Requirements
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, is highly required for foreman, desired for crew members, also a strong mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and other landscaping machinery confidently
- Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant care, plant trimming techniques, and landscape maintenance practices
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude; leadership experience is required for foreman roles
- Valid driver’s license is required for foreman position, as your will be required to have the ability to operate company vehicles or equipment safely
- Willingness to learn new skills related to gardening, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, snow plowing, and more
