Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team at Next Level Interventions, LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of those we serve. Services are provided all in-center, or in school, with children/adolescents with developmental disabilities. We are also hiring for seasonal positions over the summer!
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.
- Assist clients in developing skills necessary for daily living and social interactions.
- Provide support and guidance to clients during therapy sessions.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client care and progress.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Current, active, certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred, but would consider candidates who have completed their 40 hour training and just need to test.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check to TriCare standards and be eligible for credentialing with TriCare.
Immediate start available (training period first- length of training depends on experience)
Full (30-40 hrs per week) & part-time (8-29 hrs per week) positions available
Bi-weekly pay, 48 hours of sick time, Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits available for full-time employees, retirement plan with company match available, flexible scheduling options, free supervision for those pursuing certification, referral bonuses available
$23/hr for RBTs, raise available to $24/hr for RBTs after 90 days with satisfactory performance. Raises from there are dependent on work performance and reliability. Admin rate (min wage at the time) for training.
