Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Director to lead the expansion of infectious disease diagnostic solutions within a designated geographic territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, onboarding new accounts, and servicing existing clients, with a primary focus on outpatient clinics, urgent care centers, and physician offices that manage high volumes of infectious disease cases.

Essential Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with healthcare providers, urgent care centers, and specialty clinics within the assigned territory.
- Present advanced diagnostic solutions and clearly articulate their value proposition to key stakeholders, including physicians, medical directors, and practice administrators.
- Drive sales and account penetration strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continued service adoption.
- Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of rapid PCR testing, including its ability to differentiate viral and bacterial infections, enhance antibiotic stewardship, and improve patient care efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and senior sales leadership, to align sales strategies and market initiatives.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Coordinate and execute training sessions for new accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of testing solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting diagnostic sales.
- Travel within the assigned territory (up to 50% travel may be required, depending on location).
