Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving new B2B revenue by prospecting, developing, and expanding client relationships. You will act as a consultative partner to customers—identifying business challenges, recommending tailored solutions across hardware, software, and services, and managing accounts through the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a pipeline of net-new B2B accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory planning
- Selling both office equipment and SaaS solutions including Cyber.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships through regular business reviews, strategic recommendations, and ongoing consultation
- Evaluate customer needs and design customized solutions leveraging the company’s full portfolio of products and services
- Own the sales process end-to-end: discovery, solution design, proposal, pricing, contract execution, and post-sale follow-up
- Partner closely with clients at multiple levels of the organization to ensure long-term value and retention
- Meet or exceed defined sales objectives set by Sales and Branch Leadership
- Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and account data in the company CRM
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with personal and company goals
- Prepare pricing, credit terms, contracts, and delivery timelines; coordinate internal resources as needed
- Complete required reporting, expense tracking, and administrative tasks
- Participate in initial and ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Travel throughout assigned territory as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
