Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in La Habra, CA. The Project Manager will oversee building automation system projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Typical responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing schedules, handling logistics, inspecting work progress, and expediting resources to meet project timelines and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee all stages of project development and execution
- Background in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely procurement and delivery of project resources
- Proficiency in Inspection to evaluate and ensure quality standards are met
- Skills in Logistics Management for organizing and coordinating resources, schedules, and supplies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant experience in building automation systems or similar industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- This candidate will have over 5 years of BAS or MEP industry experience and proven results.
