**Job Overview:**
As an Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service options and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; electrical trade school certification preferred.
- Valid North Carolina Drivers license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical service and repair.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to electrical work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have own hand tools
