We are seeking an experienced and energetic Dance Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of teaching experience and is confident instructing dancers of various ages and levels in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and musical theater. This position requires someone who brings strong technique, clear communication, and a positive, motivating presence to every class.Responsibilities:Teach high-quality, engaging classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and musical theaterCreate age-appropriate choreography for performances and eventsMaintain a positive, supportive learning environmentCommunicate effectively with students, families, and studio staffUphold studio policies, values, and expectationsAttend staff meetings, rehearsals, and studio events as neededQualifications:Minimum 3 years teaching experienceStrong technical background in multiple stylesExperience working with children and teensReliable, professional, and passionate about dance educationAbility to work collaboratively with a teaching teamCompany DescriptionWe are a a vibrant, fast-paced studio where passion meets purpose.
