Job Summary

Next Level Coatings is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Commission-Only Estimator to join our growing team.

As an Estimator, you will meet with residential clients, evaluate project needs, prepare professional proposals, and help customers choose the best flooring solution for their project. You'll represent our company with professionalism while building long-term relationships with homeowners, business owners, and contractors.

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Your success is directly tied to your effort, work ethic, and ability to build trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential clients for scheduled estimates.
• Measure projects accurately and evaluate existing concrete conditions.
• Recommend the appropriate flooring system based on the client's needs and budget.
• Prepare detailed and professional proposals.
• Present pricing confidently and close projects.
• Follow the Next Level Coatings sales process from consultation through contract signing.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads.
• Build relationships with homeowners and contractors.
• Assist with commercial bid opportunities and estimating when needed.
• Document measurements, notes, and photos in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications Required

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Strong work ethic with a positive mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software.

Preferred

• Sales experience
• Construction estimating experience
• Flooring or coatings experience
• Commercial construction experience
• CRM experience
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Compensation

Commission Only

There is no cap on your earnings.

The harder you work and the more projects you sell, the more you earn.

Job Type: Commission Only

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Some evenings and Saturdays based on customer availability

Work Location:
South Texas / Rio Grande Valley (with opportunities to support future markets)

Compensation: Unlimited Commission (No Salary Cap)

Pay: $32,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
