· Should have proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications and stand-alone applications
· Should have been involved and lead for requirement gathering from customers
· Should have prior experience in leading team locally and/or at remote locations
· Good communication skills
· Proven experience in optimization of code and process improvements
· Prior experience in designing database and architecture
· Prior experience in report generation using Tableau
