Oracle EBS Financials Developer (W2 Only)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials Developer to support enterprise financial systems and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.4, particularly within Accounts Receivable (AR) modules, along with deep expertise in PL/SQL development.
This role will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and DBAs to design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Financial applications and integrations.
Required Qualifications
5 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Financials design and development experience
Strong experience working with Oracle EBS R12 (preferably version 12.2.4)
Must have solid experience with Oracle AR (Accounts Receivable) modules
Strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills
Experience with interfaces, conversions, APIs, forms, reports, and workflows
Ability to troubleshoot and support production issues
Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification or similar Oracle certification
Experience with other Oracle Financial modules such as AP, GL, FA, or CM
Experience with performance tuning and optimization
Prior experience in large enterprise environments
Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS Financial applications
Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects
Work closely with functional analysts and business users to gather requirements
Build and support interfaces, reports, conversions, and integrations
Troubleshoot application and production issues in a timely manner
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments
Ensure technical solutions align with business and compliance requirements
