Role Overview
The Ads Product team at client combines creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to shape the company s advertising product vision. This cross-functional team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers collaborates to build innovative solutions that enhance advertiser performance and deliver measurable value.
This role will serve as the primary Marketing Science Lead for large Mobility (travel and auto) advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Marketing Science Lead for top Mobility advertisers
- Drive performance improvements through:
- Learning agendas
- Experimental design
- Causal analytics
- Ads efficacy solution prototyping
- Lead measurement, research, and learning strategies aligned with client media objectives
- Develop strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for ads measurement and insights products
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Support product development including targeting, testing, analysis, reporting, and adoption tracking
- Partner with Product and R&D teams to prototype and scale new solutions
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of ad performance data to identify key drivers
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance challenges
- Build and advocate measurement capabilities across verticals and stakeholders
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
- Solid understanding of:
- Ads measurement concepts
- Statistical fundamentals
- Causal inference and experimentation
- Expertise in at least one of the following:
- Conversion Lift
- Brand Lift
- Web Direct Response (DR)
- Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
- SKAdNetwork (SKAN)
- Econometric modeling
- Experience with conversion lift measurement methodologies
- Knowledge of:
- Sampling techniques
- Time series analysis
- Data mining
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, R, Python
- Ability to analyze and communicate insights using data science tools
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and client platform
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in:
- Advanced analytics
- Marketing science
- Ads measurement
- Product strategy or related fields
- Experience in tech companies, media agencies, consulting, advertising, or research
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Business, Economics, Math, Engineering, or related field)
- Experience working with top-tier brand or performance advertisers
- Hands-on experience in ads measurement across:
- Brand
- Web DR
- App
- Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
- Proven ability to:
- Build and influence client relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
Salary : $130 - $135
