The Vice President of Information Technology (VP, IT) is a strategic executive responsible for driving the company’s technology vision, architecture, and digital roadmap across a Microsoft-centric ecosystem. This role oversees enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Shopify, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration across wholesale, eCommerce, and global supply chain operations. This leader will enable scalable growth by modernizing systems, enhancing data visibility, and delivering a connected, customer-centric technology experience from product development through order fulfillment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Digital Leadership
- Define and execute a multi-year IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business growth.
- Including our German subsidiary (standalone system) and Nicaraguan companies.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive innovation across wholesale, B2B, and DTC channels through modern platforms and automation.
Enterprise Systems (Microsoft Commerce Stack)
- Optimize the company’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce) environment.
- Oversee the integration and performance of:
- Shopify (eCommerce platform)
- HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation, customer lifecycle management)
- EDI platforms supporting wholesale customers
- Ensure seamless data flow across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and operational systems.
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
Architecture & Integrations
- Enhance a scalable, API-driven architecture connecting D365, Shopify, HubSpot, and third-party tools.
- Improve integration standards using middleware.
- Ensure systems enable real-time visibility across sales, inventory, and customer data.
Supply Chain & Operations Technology
- Partner with operations to optimize systems supporting sourcing, production, inventory, and distribution.
- Enhance demand planning, order management, and fulfillment capabilities.
- Support international operations, including offshore teams (e.g., Nicaragua), with reliable and scalable systems.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build a centralized data strategy leveraging Microsoft tools (e.g., Azure, Power BI).
- Deliver real-time dashboards across sales, inventory, and financial performance.
- Establish strong data governance, integrity, and reporting standards.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy leveraging Microsoft security stack.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and financial regulations.
- Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk mitigation planning.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing IT organization across applications, infrastructure, security, and support.
- Foster a solutions-oriented, business-first mindset within IT.
- Partner cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) to drive adoption and change management.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage IT budget, prioritizing investments aligned with ROI and growth.
- Oversee vendor relationships across Microsoft, Shopify, HubSpot, and integration partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level performance.
- Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with the job.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent specific experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in IT leadership experience, including 5 years in executive role.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain required; Commerce a plus), Shopify ecosystem (themes, apps, integrations), HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
- Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-location, and international operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong background in apparel, fashion, manufacturing, or consumer goods.

Salary : $250,000 - $275,000
