By integrating immigration counsel with structured coaching, it offers a seamless, end-to-end approach that supports both legal eligibility and career advancement. Through the Next League Program, clients are guided to qualify for EB1A and secure their ideal U.S. roles without needing a sponsor, lottery, or major investment. Role Description The Immigration Attorney will provide legal representation and advisory services related to EB1A petitions and associated immigration matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include interviewing clients, evaluating credentials, developing case strategies, drafting and reviewing petition documents, and coordinating supporting evidence in collaboration with coaching staff. The attorney will conduct legal research, stay current with U.S. immigration regulations and policy changes, and ensure compliance with Arizona Supreme Court and federal standards. This is a contract role, requiring on-site presence at the Phoenix, AZ office to meet with clients, participate in internal case review sessions, and collaborate with the broader program team. The role involves regular communication with clients, managing case timelines, and contributing to process improvements for the Next League Program.

Qualifications

  • Strong immigration law expertise, particularly in EB1A or employment-based immigrant categories, and ability to develop strategic case frameworks.
  • Proficiency in legal research, statutory and regulatory analysis, and staying current with U.S. immigration law and policy updates.
  • Advanced legal writing and drafting skills for petitions, legal briefs, advisory memos, and client-facing documents.
  • Effective client communication, interviewing, and counseling skills, with a focus on clear explanations and expectation management.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including coaches or consultants, to integrate legal strategy with client development plans.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a high-standards environment.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility to comply with Arizona ABS requirements.
  • Prior experience in business, academic, or professional achievement-focused immigration cases is highly beneficial; experience with high-achieving international professionals is a plus.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and a client-centered, non-discriminatory approach.
