Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy sales professional with a strong background in industrial distribution and a solid understanding of cutting tools and industrial supply. This individual will be responsible for building long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers, providing technical solutions, and driving revenue growth in their territory.

With a reputation for technical excellence and unparalleled customer service, we are expanding our team and seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to manage and grow a well-defined territory based in Southwest Michigan, Northern Ohio and Northern Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an established territory, servicing both existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Provide customers with product knowledge, particularly in cutting tools, machining, and related industrial supplies.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities to assess needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including quoting, pricing, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Attend industry trade shows, training sessions, and vendor meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in industrial supply distribution to include MRO and cutting tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of cutting tools or related manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage a territory, grow accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
