We’re looking for an Events & Social Media Lead to own the ground-level energy of our brands — the moments, the content, and the community that turns consumers into fans.


What You’ll Do

This role is at the center of everything that makes our brands come alive in the real world and online. Your primary initial focus will be Chameleon Coffee — including our active campus-to-coast campaign spanning university drops, key retail partner support and activations, and select consumer events — with supporting work across our broader portfolio.

• Plan and execute brand events from concept through day-of execution (campus pop-ups, retail activations, experiential drops)

• Work with our marketing team on syncing social media content calendars around events — primarily TikTok and Instagram — with a voice that’s genuine, not corporate

• Identify, cultivate, and coordinate relationships with micro-influencers and campus creators

• Create content yourself (video, photos, copy) and direct UGC campaigns that actually get traction

• Bring your own growing social presence and community instincts to everything you touch

• Collaborate on product development conversations — we want someone who can connect what our consumers and customers want and need to our R&D team and assist with the process

• Lead on-site event staff, interns, and brand ambassadors; some prior leadership or team coordination experience is a real plus

• Represent the brand in the field — this role involves regular overnight travel to activations across the country


Who You Are

Experience matters less to us than energy, taste, and a genuine love for the emerging brands space. That said, 2 years in events, brand marketing, social media, or a related field will give you the foundation to hit the ground running.

• You have a growing social media presence of your own — you understand how content works because you live it

• You love the natural/organic food and beverage world and preaching the better-for-you gospel

• You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need to be told twice and doesn’t wait to be handed a playbook

• You write and communicate with a real voice — no buzzwords, no fluff

• You’re comfortable at the intersection of creative, logistical, and strategic thinking while having fun along the way

• You’ve led people before — whether a small team, brand ambassadors, or event staff — and you’re good at it

• You’re genuinely excited about regular travel and being in the field; this isn’t a desk job

• You’re curious about product and want to understand why something works — not just how to market it

You’ll have real ownership, real access, and real impact from day one. You won’t be managing someone else’s vision — you’ll be building ours. You’ll work directly with leadership, be in the room for product conversations, and have your fingerprints on campaigns that reach millions of consumers across some of the most exciting brands in natural food and beverage.
