Job: Lead Pressure Washer (50/50 Revenue Split)(Owner Opportunity for right fit)
We’re going to power wash and build the world up —— & we want to take you with us.
NEXT Home Wash is seeking an experienced partner in the power washing space to help us begin. We handle all the client acquisition, door-to-door sales, and business operations—you bring the equipment and handle the field execution.
We hit the pavement together: I’ll knock the doors and close the jobs, and you wash the driveways, sidewalks, and siding. On top of direct door-to-door sales, we will set scheduled appointments to keep your calendar completely booked up.
The Financial Partner Split:
50% Net Profit on every single driveway and house wash completed.
Gas Paid: We cover fuel costs for your truck and equipment on the job.
Equipment Maintenance: We contribute directly to an equipment repair fund so your rig stays running smoothly.
The Bigger Vision:
Power washing is just Phase 1. Our end game is full-scale Home Improvement—roofing, windows, siding, and complete exterior care. We are actively building a powerhouse team of field contractors who want to establish themselves as true professionals, backed by elite door-to-door reps gathering leads, sales managers closing deals, and a dedicated office staff securing operations.
