This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel’s public spaces. From lobbies to restrooms and everything in between, you’ll ensure that all guest-facing areas are spotless, safe, and up to brand standards.
Responsibilities for Public Attendant:
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and fitness areas.
- Replenish towels, tissues, and other supplies in public spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain sanitation standards.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and report maintenance issues to management.
- Operate housekeeping equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies.
Qualifications for Public Attendant:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
