Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs throughout the hospitality facility.
- Identify maintenance needs and recommend repair or replacement of equipment as necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to guests.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events or special functions as needed.
- Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects.
