Responsibilities

- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified housekeeping staff to build a dedicated and efficient team.
- Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance performance and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow to optimize labor efficiency and meet fluctuating business demands.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to foster professional growth and high team morale.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and cost control.
