Salary: $18.00/hr- Weekly Pay
Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping and slicing vegetables, fruits and other ingredients as required.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, including cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Follow food and safety sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Support the kitchen team in preparing and plating dishes during service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager.
- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed, including dish washing and equipment maintenance.
- Handle food prep and station setup efficiently for breakfast or dinner service.
- Work collaboratively in a team-driven, upbeat kitchen culture.

Cook Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
